Chilean Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A new varietal from Chile the Coratina is a beautiful olive oil with floral and fruity notes and a creamy mouthfeel. It can be considered Medium to Robust with a pungency and bitterness that are extremely well balanced against a peppery finish and lingering spiciness. It has forward notes of green almond, herb and red apple.
