Dining
The kitchen at High-Hand Brewing Co. is open from 3-9pm, Wednesday through Saturday, and 3-8pm on Sundays. Indulge in familiar favorites from our renowned café menu, alongside new and exclusive dishes crafted just for the brewery. Drinking
Beer? Absolutely! With 12 refreshing microbrews on tap, there’s always something new to discover. Wine? We’ve got it. Cocktails? You bet!
Between our award-winning beers and inventive craft cocktails, High-Hand has something to delight every palate. The bar opens at noon on Saturdays and Sundays. Planning a large social gathering or corporate event? Check out our Private Stage Bar Package. Explore our private bar menus!
Dancing
Did we mention entertainment? High-Hand Brewing Co. brings you three days of free live music with our “On Stage” series for the 18+ years and older crowd. Enjoy original and tribute acts every Friday and Saturday from 6-9pm, and Sundays from 2-5pm. Seating is first-come, first-served, so arrive early to grab your spot! About Our Brewer Jeff
Jeff has spent his entire life residing in Northern California, specifically in Roseville since 2017. He earned a degree in biotechnology with a focus on microbiology and fermentation studies from the prestigious UC Davis. During his academic journey, Jeff discovered his passion for beer and the science of brewing, which was further nurtured under the guidance of renowned Professor and craft brewer Charles Bamforth.
Post-graduation, Jeff commenced his career at Blue Note Brewing in Woodland, where he quickly ascended the ranks to become the head brewer. Over six years, Jeff brewed thousands of batches of popular beers and earned multiple ribbons at the California State Fair.
Looking forward, Jeff is thrilled to bring his expertise to the team at High-Hand Brewery and continue to elevate their already exceptional beer offerings. With his extensive experience in brewing and his passion for the craft, he is excited to experiment with new flavors and techniques, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in brewing. He plans to work closely with local farmers to source the freshest and highest quality ingredients for his recipes, ensuring that every batch of beer is of the highest caliber.
