Host up to 30 guests with family-style menus starting at $35-$45 per person, plus a $200 booking fee. If there’s no concert, opt for our Brewery Private Bar, accommodating up to 60 guests with a $1,000 minimum.
What’s Included:
Reserved seating for 22 guests, with additional standing room, around a 20-foot quartz bar-height table. Enjoy a dedicated server and a family-style menu — choose from our Taco Bar or Brewery Favorites. Drinks are available for purchase at our bar.

Our cozy, social setup near the stage offers plenty of space for mingling. While seating is limited, guests can move freely between the table and the stage area, ensuring everyone feels comfortable.

Brewery Private Event Dining FAQ’s
I booked a Private Event for the brewery online, now what?
Most of the work is done but we will reach out to the week of your event to get your guest count and menu selection. If you have additional questions not answered below please give us a call.
Where is this space located?
The Private Bar Package and Private Dining Package are both located in the historic High-Hand Fruit Packing Sheds. The address is 3750 Taylor Rd. Loomis, CA 95650. Once inside the building you will find the event space next to our main stage and directly across from the Stage Bar.
Are the Sheds climate controlled?
Yes! We have central heating and cooling directly above the event space and at the stage. Extreme heat can strain our cooling system but generally the space is very comfortable.
What is the style of dining?
This is meant to be a social experience when booking at the brewery. The large stone table will seat up to 22 guests but we often remove chairs to allow for a better mix of standing room and seating options for your guests. Most parties use this space to stand and mingle while enjoying a concert or private bar package.
The food is served family style on large plates in the center of the table for your guests to enjoy at their discretion. You will have a private bartender or private server depending of which package you booked.
What are the dimensions of the table?
The stone table is a continuous three-sided 20’ x 4’ rectangle.
When can we arrive?
If you are booking the first event of the day you will have access to the space 30 minutes before your booked start time. If you are booking the second event of the day you will have access to the space 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.
What about substitutions or dietary restrictions?
We do not offer substitutions to the menu but we can accommodate dietary restrictions of individual guests. Please let us know ahead of time if special accommodations need to be arranged.
Can we play our own music?
No, we will have music playing through our speakers.
How long do we have the space for?
Your event is exactly 2.5 hours in length. This is strictly enforced for the 3:00pm parties since we need to flip the room and have it ready for the 6:00pm party by 5:45pm.
Is the $200 event fee refundable?
No it is not. We charge $200 to book the room plus $35 or $45 per person plus tax and gratuity. Please make sure you are ok with the menu selections and are certain about the date because once you book the space it removes the inventory for other guests who may be interested in the same time slot.
