Private Brunch Menus

The High-Hand Cafe offers a unique private dining experience on weekends for brunch as well as on weekdays for lunch. All food is served family style in the center of the table at $35 per person.

Please look over the two brunch menus below and advise us of which menu you prefer from either the Farmstead Brunch Menu or the Saison Brunch Menu.

FARMSTEAD BRUNCH MENU

Starters

HOUSE MADE CHIPS & DIP
Fresh, house made potato chips with a zesty lemon artichoke dip.

CAESAR SALAD
Romaine greens, golden raisins, pistachios, aged parmesan and kalamata olives.

Mains

WOOD-FIRED BACON & PEAR PIZZA
Bacon, pear, blue cheese, caramelized onion, topped with a fig reduction.

CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH
Rotisserie chicken, romaine greens, on High-Hand honey wheat bread.

BRISKET HASH
Smoked brisket, breakfast potatoes, onions, bell peppers served with Maple Rock eggs.

CLASSIC BENEDICT
Apple-wood smoked ham, poached eggs, buttermilk biscuit topped with hollandaise sauce.

Blue crab, gremolata aioli with a corn relish.

WOOD-FIRED ARTICHOKE & GOAT CHEESE PIZZA
Lemon-marinated artichoke hearts, marinara sauce, topped with goat cheese.

GRILLED SHRIMP SALAD
Pears, feta cheese, candied pecan, dried cranberries, spring mix greens, with a champagne vinaigrette.

FRENCH TOAST
Banana bread French toast with a caramel rum drizzle.

FARM FRESH BENEDICT
Tomato, avocado, spinach, poached egg on a buttermilk biscuit topped with hollandaise sauce.
